“Occult Spiritual Anarchy” is the third studio album of King Satan, which will be released on the 8th of April. The release presents more of a metal-oriented side of the band’s genre-fluid musical style, which draws its major influences from electro-industrial and death metal just as casually as from the areas of dance music and symphonic black metal.
The Picturebooks are coming to Budapest tomorrow with the Belgian band called Black Mirrors. The tour has 26 stops in total, Budapest is in the “middle” of the list, which means 13 shows are still left.
After two years of suffering, it seems that life is (slowly but surely) returning to normal for concert halls: the European “Double The Metal” tour (headliners: Burning Witches, Nervosa. Support: Warfect, Systemhouse33) has started at the beginning of March and will arrive at Barba Negra Budapest on the 28th of March.
Morten Veland recently released the 8th Mortemia song from ‘The Pandemic Pandemonium Sessions’. The track features Erica Ohlsson (Metalite) on guest vocals and is now available on all digital platforms. The track is entitled ‘Lost Horizon’.
Well, when I received the e-mail from Century Media if I’m interested in the brand new Voivod album I thought: “is it a serious question”? I replied “YES!!!” almost immediately and was very excited about it. However, it wasn’t a long time ago at all, but since then a lot of things have changed – and in the shadow of war, I’m listening to “Synchro Anarchy” with a very different mood. The album couldn’t be more relevant than it is now.
